Support workers Urgently Required

Lewisham, Forest Hill and Catford areas

Monday to Friday and weekends available day and night shifts

Must have a min of 6 months care/ support work experience required and a valid DBS on the update system would be an advantage

The homes are supported living with 5 clients with learning disabilities and challenging behavior.

You will be:

- Providing support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Following care plans and provide appropriate support to meet individual needs
- Administering medication according to prescribed instructions
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
- Supporting individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
