Support Workers Required

Location: Lewisham

We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers for ongoing assignments covering Lewisham, Forest Hill and Catford areas.

A DBS on the update service and mandatory training would be advantageous.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months care/support work experience.

The ability to be flexible is essential as shifts may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleep ins.

The homes we work with are supported living so the role will involve working with clients with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Following care plans and providing appropriate support to meet individual needs
• Administering medication according to prescribed instructions
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• Supporting individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
